Welcome to the Bedford and District Riding Club web site.

Bedford and District Riding Club has now been operating as a local club for over 40 years with trophies dating back to 1967. Originally the Club was known as The B.J. Riding Club after its former President Bill Juffs. We aim at being a friendly and informal club where beginners and experienced riders alike can join in and enjoy the various events we offer.

The Club runs a Championship over four/six Club Shows (members only) rather than within a single day event. Trophies (Champion) and Championship Rosettes are presented at our AGM to the winners and runners up in each class. Classes are run in 5 rings with 2 show jumping rings, 2 showing rings and a working hunter ring.
